I have heard and read so many rave reviews over this chocolate bar and it has its own cult followers. And also i convinced that that the movie( Willy Wonka) contributes and increases the chocolate bar popularity among children.

I have seen this bar at Walgreen all the times but have never actually bought and tried it. My first impression of this Wonka Bar is its size and it is definitely a super size chocolate bar. The milk chocolate is smooth and creamy with crunchy graham crackers.

This chocolate bar is considered as a brand new item at Walgreen. I have only seen them for the past few months.

Rich dark chocolate. The bitterness from the dark chocolate compliments well with the caramel. The chocolate is not creamy and does not melt on your mouth. You really have to have a bite to really enjoy this bar. Though i feel that it has enough topping but I can't taste the pecan.

Anyone who comes across this particular chocolate bar would have guess that it is 'Made in America'. It is huge and certainly enough to satisfy more than 1 people.

I am not a big fan of dark chocolate but i like this bar a lot.

This bar is OK... Again, the chocolate is not creamy and you have to bite the chocolate to enjoy the whole bar. The marshmallow pieces on top is powdery and does not have enough marshmallow flavor or texture. It also has very little dark chocolate taste.

I am not a big fan of mixing chocolate and mint. Peppermint chocolate is just not for me. However, I do know there are many fans of mint chocolate including both of my parents.

It has a refreshing mint flavour that lingers in your mouth. The white filling is creamy and dense in texture. I like them but if i were given a choice between other chocolate bars, i would have chosen non-mint chocolate bar. York Peppermint Pattie would have to be rank N0:1 on my list of Mint Chocolate.

I have also tried the Halloween version of York Peppermint Pattie. It is filled with a bright orange filling instead of the white york. As for flavour, i didn't taste the difference.

I have tried the Hersey's Kisses Cherry creme and love them! When i saw the Chocolate Truffle, i was ecstatic and could not wait to try them. I have to say, this is another winner from Hersey's. It is creamy, sweet, milky and extremely rich. This tiny little kisses just melt on your mouth. I savour every little kisses.

The bar is solid and not brittle unlike Planters Peanut Bar. It is crunchy and definitely buttery with a hint of salt. For peanut lovers like me, this bar is a hit! It is tasty and delicious.

This Peanut Bar is crunchy, tasty and delicious. It is filled with whole fresh peanuts and it is sweet and salty at the same time. If i were in a hurry and in need of something to satisfy my hunger , i would certainly grab this Planters Peanut Bar rather than a power bar.

I love this new Reese's Whipps. It is tasty, delicious, not too sweet and has the perfect peanut butter flavour. I don't know how to describe it to you unless you have a slice of this heavenly bar. It is just a perfect desert before going to bed for work on Monday :) .

Bubu Lubu

So far my reviews on Mexican chocolates have been favorable. So when i spotted this chocolate at the Hispanic grocery store i had a very high expectations.


This particular chocolate call " Bubu Lubu" ( when it pronounce, it sounds like baby talk) is actually quiet pleasant. It has a mild flavor and it is not too sweet. However, i did not find it satisfying. I like this chocolate but i wished it had more flavor.The marshmallow actually compliments the strawberry flavor rather well . On the other hand, i wished the stawberry jelly had a stronger and more intense flavor.

This is my first taste of organic chocolate. Almost all ingredients listed has the word 'organic.' These chocolate cups are creamy and milky. However, since this is my first taste of organic chocolate i could not tell the difference between organic and non-organic chocolate in terms of flavor and texture. In my opinion, there is really nothing special about this chocolate. Many people especially in the Bay Area are fanatical about organic products. Here is what i don't understand why would people pay extra for a product that taste the same and is just as healthy for you. The only difference is the cost. I would rather buy Reese's cups over this Organic chocolate knowing that i would enjoy the flavour just the same and even better.
