Sweet and sugary from the honey. There are plenty of almonds and hazelnuts. It is addicting. There is a hint of lemon however after few bites the honey flavor overwhelms the whole thing. The hazelnuts and the almonds sort of neutralize the whole bar.

I just got a small box of this for Christmas. Fantastic! I really like the hint of lemon.
